Life doesn't always unfold in the way we expect.

Sometimes a single event changes everything. Sometimes change happens so gradually that we only realise later how much life has shifted.

Perhaps you're living with cancer or another health diagnosis. Maybe a relationship has ended, you've lost your job, received a later-life diagnosis of ADHD or autism, or you've reached a point where you're questioning who you are or what comes next.

Whatever has brought you here, these moments can leave us feeling overwhelmed, uncertain or disconnected from ourselves. They can stir thoughts and emotions that are difficult to understand, let alone put into words.

I help people navigate significant changes in their lives through psychotherapy using the arts and talking therapy, creating a supportive space where together we can make sense of thoughts, feelings and experiences that can be difficult to express in words, deepen your understanding of yourself and find a way forward.

Hello,

I'm Lee, a qualified psychotherapist who has had the privilege of supporting people through some of the most challenging periods of their lives, including working within an NHS oncology department and alongside people experiencing significant life transitions.

My approach is calm, collaborative and compassionate. We'll work together at a pace that feels right for you, finding the combination of talking and creative approaches that best supports your individual needs.

I believe therapy is about creating a relationship where you feel safe enough to be yourself. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you.
